"Records were thoroughly explored concerning a then-TOP SECRET NASA [training] experiment to prepare astronauts for deep space conditions, known as Operation EMU.... Air Force research efforts did not disclose any records of the recovery of any "alien" bodies or extraterrestrial materials....This report was generated as an official response to the GAO, and to document the considerable effort expended by the Air Force on their behalf it is anticipated that they will request a copy of this report to help formulate the formal report of their efforts. It is recommended that this document serve as the final Air Force report related to the EMU matter, for the GAO, or any other inquiries."

Overview
Though statements have been issued over the years, no one has ever provided full disclosure of the alleged 1974 government experiment called OPERATION EMU (Experimental Mitigated Universe) during which an entire Hollywood film crew, contracted by the government, disappeared in a remote section of Nevada.
